Our client is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to strengthen the GenAI Enablement Team and more specifically the Software Factory (SoFa) team responsible for enabling and governing conversational AI solutions across the organization.

The primary objective of this role is not only to support ongoing initiatives, but also to help define the future direction, architecture and roadmap of the Microsoft Copilot Studio platform and ecosystem.

Role & Context

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you have more than 5 years of experience in leading application architecture strategy.

You will:

  • Determine the application architecture strategy.

  • Collaborate with the business to identify how technological developments can create business opportunities or pose potential threats.

  • Formulate balanced end-to-end solutions covering technology, business, methodology, planning and cost/benefit considerations.

  • Define the current state, target state and roadmap required to achieve the desired target architecture.

  • Operate at both strategic and implementation level, translating architectural vision into concrete and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Studio & GenAI Architecture

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Power Platform technologies.

  • Help define the strategic vision and roadmap for the evolution of the Copilot Studio Software Factory.

  • Evaluate architectural patterns, best practices, governance models and platform capabilities.

  • Advise on the scalability, maintainability, security and operational excellence of conversational AI solutions.

  • Support the design and implementation of complex Copilot Studio solutions.

  • Collaborate with architects to translate strategic concepts into implementable technical solutions.

Platform Strategy & Innovation

  • Proactively stay ahead of the Copilot Studio innovation curve by rapidly absorbing new product releases and platform enhancements.

  • Assess new platform capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption within the organization.

  • Contribute to the definition of architectural standards, governance principles and reusable implementation patterns.

  • Support the further professionalization and industrialization of the Copilot Studio ecosystem.

Software Engineering & DevOps

  • Guide teams on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles and best practices.

  • Provide guidance around DevOps, CI/CD, testing and release management.

  • Support source control and development practices using GitHub.

  • Contribute to cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code practices.

  • Ensure solutions can be efficiently deployed, monitored, maintained and scaled.

Coaching & Collaboration

  • Coach and mentor internal team members on Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform best practices.

  • Facilitate discussions and workshops involving technical and business stakeholders.

  • Steer teams through change and complexity while maintaining focus, momentum and delivery excellence.

  • Contribute to documentation, architectural standards and reusable implementation guidelines.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT / Enterprise / Application Architecture.

  • 2+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio in enterprise environments.

  • Strong track record of keeping pace with Copilot Studio innovation and applying emerging capabilities to enterprise solution architectures.

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing conversational AI solutions.

  • Experience defining platform strategy, governance models and architectural guidelines.

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Experience with GitHub and source control best practices.

  • Strong Microsoft Azure knowledge, including:

    • Authentication

    • Integrations

    • Monitoring

    • Cloud-native services

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.

  • Experience working within complex enterprise environments involving multiple stakeholders and governance requirements.

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication.
