As part of its Digital Transformation Program, our client is implementing an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) strategy aimed at providing a consistent, secure and compliant environment for managing information throughout the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects.
The ECM strategy is built around an ecosystem that includes:
- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Autodesk Vault
- Various enterprise and business applications
The objective is to create an integrated environment for the management of documents, models, technical data and project deliverables.
Our client is looking for a Senior ECM & Digital Platforms Solution Architect who will be responsible for the design, integration and technical governance of the ECM solutions.
The Solution Architect ensures that document management and collaboration platforms are aligned with:
- Business requirements
- Enterprise Architecture guidelines
- Security requirements
- Performance
- Scalability
- Compliance
The consultant will work closely with the Information Architect, who is responsible for information models and the governance of information and document management.
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Define and maintain the target architecture for the ECM platforms.
- Design solutions integrating SharePoint Online, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and enterprise applications.
- Define integration architectures between the different platforms.
- Ensure the technical consistency of the overall document management ecosystem.
Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural expertise to programs and projects.
- Conduct architecture reviews and validate technical choices.
- Oversee implementations carried out by project teams and external suppliers.
- Guide technical experts.
- Facilitate and document architecture decisions.
Security, Quality & Compliance
Ensure that non-functional requirements are met in terms of:
- Security
- Performance
- Availability
- Maintainability
- Scalability
- Auditability
In addition, ensure compliance with:
- Enterprise standards
- GDPR principles
- ISO 27001
- NIS2
- Other applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Transformation & Roadmap
- Contribute to the ECM and Digital Transformation Roadmap.
- Support Project Managers with:
- Estimates
- Risk assessments
- Migration planning
- Participate in the selection of solutions and suppliers.
- Contribute to Architecture Boards and other IT governance bodies.
Desired Profile
Architecture & ECM
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- Demonstrable experience with:
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
- Information Management
- Digital Platforms
- Experience in digital transformation programs involving the integration of multiple enterprise platforms.
Document Management Platforms
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience with one or more ECM or Document Management System (DMS) platforms.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Vault and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Architecture & Integration
- Good knowledge of APIs and web services.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS architectures.
- Knowledge of BIM and engineering environments.
Security & Compliance
- Knowledge of GDPR.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of NIS2.
